Meterage: 225m or 246 yards per 100g/ 3.5 oz skein

Recommended needle size: 3.25mm - 4.5mm depending on the gauge for your project.

For jumpers: 3.25mm - 4.0mm

For shawls: 4.5mm - 5mm (creates a looser fabric with more drape)

I feel a Bad Moon Rising but in this case it’s just a nod to CCR and not a sign of trouble on the way (although, no judgement here if you get up to cosy mischief). A popular song for a popular colourway, this ombre is a great mix of both bright and deep colours with a pure fire red transitioning into jet black, when worked you get a gloriously dramatic black and subtle change to deep red with bright lines of hot bright red, delicious.

This 100% Superwash Merino base is next to skin soft, bouncy and full, perfect for everything from hats to jumpers.

Recommended care: Can be machine washed cool on a wool/handwash cycle. We recommend hand washing to preserve the best of the yarn and colour. Do not bleach. Do not wring out. Do not tumble dry.
